EXCHANGE & RETURN
Since each of our pieces are hand made & made to order, we do not have a refund/return policy.
For non-customised orders, we can always assist you with a size exchange in case the ordered size doesn’t fit. Our customer service team must be notified about the size exchange request within 5 days of the delivery of the order. Any requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Please ensure the product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
For each order you can either select a standard size as per the size chart on the webpage (all pieces have margins) or share your measurements with us through the "Custom Fit" tab under size option.
You can also share your measurements, post placing the order on WhatsApp at +91 9830020022 along with your order number.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- In case of any assistance with alterations, please drop us an email on sales@vedikam.com or WhatsApp us on +91 9830020022 with the product code, order number and size within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you. Our team will assist you with the alteration process. We do not accept refunds or cancellations.
- All items that are made to order are non - returnable or non-refundable.
- Products bought during the sale period cannot be returned or exchanged.
- In case of duplicate payments for the same order, we refund the payment amount (less of any payment gateway transaction charges if any) within 15 business days.
EXCEPTIONS
- All our garments go through a strict QC before we dispatch the orders to you. In the unlikely event, if the piece is damaged - We would need you to connect with us on the above mentioned contact details within 2 days of the delivery of the order, with adequate proof of images etc so our team can assist you with the same.
- If you have recived an incorrect product than to what you had ordered - Please connect with our team within 2 days of the delivery of the product and our team can assist you with the same.
- For the above mentioned exceptions, post our QC team approves of the error, we will issue you a Credit Note of the full amount you had paid which will be valid for 365 days on any of your future orders.
- Incase of the above, the garment will be only accepted back by our team in the same condition it was sent, with all tags and packaging in place and the item has to be unused.
REFUNDS
Based on the above, incase of any refund that needs to be issued, it will only be in the form of a Credit Note. All Credit Notes will be issued in terms of a Voucher sent to your registered email address.
These Credit Notes will be valid for a period of 365 days from the date of issue on any of your next purchases with Vedika M.
CANCELLATIONS
We do not have cancellations on orders that have been placed.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. In such a case you will be given a full refund in form of a Credit Note Only, which can be used as stated above for your future purchases with the brand.
Vedika M reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any credit notes based on the above.
